PS Stephen Isaboke Meets With Citizen Services Department on Digital Transformation

Principal Secretary Stephen Isaboke today held a meeting with a delegation from the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services to explore opportunities for deeper collaboration and partnership.

The discussions took place against the backdrop of the Government’s ongoing digital transformation, with nearly 21,000 services now available on the eCitizen platform. The engagement highlighted the impact of the Whole-of-Government approach in improving efficiency, timeliness and accessibility of public services for citizens.

The Principal Secretary underscored the critical enabling role of effective public communication in this ecosystem, noting that timely and clear communication ensures citizens remain informed and are able to fully benefit from digital government platforms.

Also present was the Ag Director of the Government Advertising Agency, Mr Michael Okidi.
