CS Kabogo officiates graduation ceremony at Swahilipot Hub

The Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy (MICDE) CS Hon. William Kabogo Gitau  today presided over the graduation ceremony of 103 students from the Swahilipot Hub Foundation in Mombasa County.
The CS who was accompanied by the Mining, Blue Economy & Maritime Affairs CS Hon. Ali Hassan Joho congratulated the
students who graduated under the Digital Literacy Program which equips learners with digital skills to fully leverage vast opportunities in the digital space.
Hon. Kabogo appreciated the Swahilipot Hub management for their commitment to train youths in digital skills.
The CS further committed to support the replication of the model across the country to enhance digital transformation nationally.
MICDE has supported the growth of Swahilipot Hub by providing learning devices through the Jitume Hub program.
Also in attendance were; Mombasa CEC Education Dr. Mbwarali Kame, DCC Mvita Sub-County Ahmed Mahmoud, The Head of Swahilipot Hub Foundation Ziri Issa,  Chairman NGCDF Ali Bafundi among other senior officials.
