PS Stephen Isaboke Advances Whole-of-Government Approach in Kisii Cancer Centre Inspection

Principal Secretary Stephen Isaboke today accompanied Principal Secretary for Medical Services, Dr Oluga Ouma, for an inspection tour of the Kisii Cancer Centre to assess progress and address delays in the project.

The visit focused on supervising ongoing works, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring the facility is completed without further delay, in line with the Government’s commitment to Universal Healthcare under the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) through a Whole-of-Government approach.

Also present were H.E Elijah Obebo, Deputy Governor of Kisii County; Mwachaunga Chaunga, Kisii County Commissioner; and Lord Graham of King's College London, among other officials.
