PS ICT Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui’s Arrival for Inspection of the Siaya Community Digital Hub

Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui, Principal Secretary for ICT and the Digital Economy, today arrived in Siaya for an inspection and tour of the Siaya Community Digital Hub ahead of its official launch tomorrow.

He was accompanied by John Kiarie, Member of Parliament for Dagoretti South and Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on ICT.

The hub will be formally inaugurated by H.E. William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya. The President is also expected to grace the Siaya Digital Summit, highlighting the government’s commitment to accelerating digital inclusion, innovation, and technology-driven opportunities across the country.
