CS Ndung'u holds Ministerial stakeholder forum with KEPSA

Cabinet Secretary Information, Communications and the Digital Economy Dr. Margaret Nyambura Ndung’u today held a Ministerial stakeholder forum with Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA)- ICT Sector Board leadership led by Chairman Ben Roberts. During the meeting, they explored how to enhance the partnership between the private sector and government to ensure that government initiatives are implemented to create the expected impact. They also discussed ways of creating a conducive and favourable environment for tech businesses in Kenya and how this can lead to creating digital jobs for Kenyans in line with the BETA agenda. Present in the meeting were other board members including the Board Vice Chairperson Brian Omwenga, Adam Lane- Director Policy and Public Affairs-Huawei Technologies - Kenya, Davis Waithaka-CEO Elimu Holdings, Bryan Ndichu- KEPSA Secretary, Kenya Editors Guild President Zubeida Kananu, Mary Kerema- Secretary -ICT, E-Government (MICDE) and other seniors ministry officials.
