Multi-Agency Team Reviews Progress of Landmark Infrastructure Projects
Progress on key national infrastructure projects remains on track following a multi-agency inspection visit led by Principal Secretary for Defence, Dr Patrick Mariru, accompanied by Principal Secretary for Broadcasting and Telecommunications, Mr Stephen Isaboke.
The visit included a committee meeting and on-site assessment of construction works at the Raila Odinga International Stadium, where it was confirmed that implementation timelines are being adhered to. The team also conducted a site visit to the Bomas International Convention Complex to evaluate progress and further reviewed the status of supporting infrastructure for both projects.
The projects are being implemented through a coordinated multi-agency framework, reflecting a whole-of-Government approach to ensure alignment, efficiency and timely delivery.
As flagship national investments, the stadium and convention complex underscore the Government’s commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure that supports economic growth, international engagement and national pride.
