Ministry to partner with Siaya County for investment conference

Broadcasting and Telecommunications Principal Secretary Mr. Stephen Isaboke today discussed opportunities for partnership with the Siaya County Government in the forthcoming Siaya Investment and Trade Conference (SITICO) with the County's Chief of Staff Col (Rtd) Cyrus Oguna.

PS Isaboke and Col (Rtd) Oguna, a former Government Spokesperson, identified opportunities for leveraging Government media including Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), Kenya News Agency (KNA) and MyGov, the weekly newspaper pull-out published by the Government Advertising Agency (GAA), to raise public awareness and visibility of the event.

SITICO, scheduled to be held from 14th to 17th October this year, will bring to Siaya County delegates from Kenya and across the world to identify opportunities for investment and trade.

KBC will be the official broadcaster of the premier event that will be attended by a wide array of global leaders including captains of industry and policy makers.

The PS was joined in the meeting held at the Ministry headquarters in Nairobi by the Secretary for Information and Broadcasting Mr Temesi Mukani.
