CS Hon. William Kabogo Gitau visits Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Msambweni Campus and Ukunda Vocational Training Center (VTC) to assess the status of the public Wi-Fi.
This afternoon, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy (MICDE) Hon. William Kabogo Gitau visited Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Msambweni Campus and Ukunda Vocational Training Center (VTC) to assess the status of the public Wi-Fi.
Accompanied by KMTC Msambweni Campus Principal Mr. Ndegwa Mwanyoa and Ukunda VTC Principal Ms. Mary Chome, the CS toured various Departments of the Institutions.
CS Kabogo appreciated the feedback given by the staff and students in relation to internet connection and ICT infrastructural development.
The CS said that the Ministry will give more computers to the Institutions and ensure high speed internet connection is available for enabling students to access learning content virtually.
Present were; Msambweni Sub-County CIO Mr. Kunga Muli, Msambweni DCC Mr. Joseph Mutisya and other government officials.
