The Principal Secretary for ICT and Digital Economy Eng.John Tanui tours the  State Department for ICT  and Digital Economy and it's Agencies Exhibition booths during the ongoing 9th Devolution Conference(Devcon 2025)  being held in Homabay High Schools, Homa Bay county.
