High speed internet connection is vital for security surveillance of the nation.
Earlier today, the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary, Hon. William Kabogo Gitau visited Diani Police Station to assess the status of internet connection.
Diani Police station is among the 35 sites connected to public Wi-Fi, implemented under the first phase of Digital SuperHighway (DSH) Project in Kwale County.
The ongoing second phase of the DSH project will connect 51 additional sites in Kwale County.
Present were; Msambweni Sub-County CIO Mr. Kunga Muli, Msambweni DCC Mr. Joseph Mutisya, Diani Police Station OCS Mr. Eliud Kimwale and other government officials.
